Jaqueline is a key player in expanding ICT in Mozambique with over 7 years of experience working in the country’s information and communications technology sector.
Jaqueline previously served as Deputy Project Coordinator for Mozambique eGovernment and Infrastructure Communications Project (MEGCIP), part of the World Bank´s Regional Communications Infrastructure Project.
She is currently Advisor to the Minister of Transport of Communications, Government of Mozambique and is an active participant in various initiatives to promote innovative solutions to local problems, including the Influentials Program to Support an Entrepreneurship Ecosystem in Mozambique, National Commission for Digital Television Migration (COMID), UWC Mozambique National Association, amongst others.
She holds an MSc in Science and Technology Policy from SPRU, at the University of Sussex.
